• There are more than 7,000 Royal Canadian Sea Cadets active in 237 communities across Canada. 305 RCSCC Sackville is the LARGEST Sea Cadet corps in the Maritimes with more than 105 Cadets.
• The Sea Cadet program provides exciting opportunities and challenges for today’s youth aged 12-18
• The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets help youth flourish and realize their potential. Sea Cadets gain priceless life-skills like leadership, teamwork, self-discipline, organization and effective communication.
• The Navy League of Canada formed the first Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps in 1918.
• In 2018 The royal Canadian Sea Cadets are celebrating their 100th anniversary with centennial celebrations all across Canada, Nova Scotia and HRM,
INVITE : We invite everyone to come enjoy the Sea Cadet Centennial Sunset Ceremony, Sunday 10 June 2018, 7:00pm at Acadia Park, Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. This will be a traditional Naval Ceremony of The Flags performance including marching guards, color parties, saluting guns and music by the Top Sea Cadet Band in Nova Scotia. Over 100 performers will be in attendance. All presented by 305 Sackville Sea Cadets and the Navy League of Canada. Don’t Miss It!
